Starting at noon, the doors of the Hall of Lost Steps in the Legislative Palace, a space reserved for the most solemn state tributes, will open for the wake. Starting at 3:00 p.m., the public will be able to pay their respects, following a procession that will allow them to bid farewell to Mujica.
